Kindly note deliver time needs 4 to 6 weeks to be prepared and delivered to your address depending on product availability. Depending on the destination, each of our international shipments is sent with the safety of FedEx, DHL, or UPS.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

Returns aren't permitted, however if you'd want to exchangesomething, please contact us at info@clarachehab.com or 00 961 3 290 287. If the product is returned, the client is responsible for paying all applicable taxes and duties for delivering the products back. The product must be in excellent condition in order for it to be replaced. Kindly note that you have 10 days to exchange.

After agreeing to send the product back, an address will be provided to you to where the item will be returned by our transporter. Refunds are not allowed unless the returned item is damaged. If you decide to buy something from our website, you agree that it cannot be returned; instead, it can only be exchanged under the conditions outlined above. Please send items back in their original Clara Chehab Fine Jewelry packaging.
